What is "Drug and Alcohol Rehab"?

It is a program designed to offer the participant a safe, affordable , path into the recovery process.

The basis for "Drug and Alcohol Rehab" is building the recovery foundation, "rehabilitation" in a natural environment. Beachway Therapy Center operates as a unique social model of treatment. Guests at the center participate in normal activities and learn as they go. Individual therapy is on an individual basis with a licensed professional.

* Your Foundation itinerary is 30 days in duration. However, the magic number is 90 Days! We offer programs up to 6 months in length. We believe you should invest in your future wisely! * Each guest is provided a specialized, individual treatment plan specific to meet their needs. It is important to identify these individual events and address them in the individual treatment plans.
* There are three phases of care and we offer transitional housing assistance if necessary. These phases assist our guest with transitioning back to a happy & healthy lifestyle. Our multiple phase approach ensures that our guests are provided all of the support they need to succeed in life. At Beachway we recognize that sobriety is a life long journey therefore so is Beachway Therapy Center's support.
* Weekly evaluations of each guest are given by their personal therapist with inputs from the treatment team. A medical doctor is always available during the treatment stay. The individual creative assessment and treatment plan is individualized with goals and objectives appropriate to the guests needs.
* At Beachway Therapy Center life skills are a key component to successful & sustainable recovery. Each guest will be educated and coached on "succeeding in life." All guest's at Beachway Therapy Center are assisted in outlining and executing a plan of action to gain employment or to seek a higher educational goal. An achievable direction plan is comprised with each guest.
* We recognize that addiction and alcoholism effects the entire family. To help with our guest's recovery we have an extensive family support and educational program. Family members are encouraged to participate in counseling. Family weekends are offered to all guests and family members. Beachway Therapy Center's individual treatment planning allows us to address the specific issues each guest and their family has. Education and therapy are the cornerstones of a renewed relationship. Family interaction is integral to recovery. If the distance does not afford a spouse, significant other, family member or parent the ability to visit or interact with the participant and treatment personnel, video conferencing and telephone communications are available and are tools that the Beachway Therapy Center utilizes to bridge this gap.
